All the things you did not know about... Treveen but were curious to find out

At five foot nine inches, Caribbean Next Top Model hopeful, Treveen Stewart possesses one of the most crucial modelling qualities height! The former long-haired, now short-haired, beauty is one of the favourites on CNTM. Having won her fair share of challenges on the show so far with her elegant poses, chemistry with the camera and outstanding features, Stewart is a strong contender and the one to watch by viewers and fellow models as well.

Born in Grand Cayman, the 22-year-old model has been in several magazines and music videos, most notably, the UK's ID Magazine and also R&B superstar, Robin Thicke's "Sex Therapy" video.

She was discovered at the age of 15 when she won a regional modelling contest that afforded her the opportunity to sign with a US modelling agency. Instead of signing, Stewart decided to finish high school as she was a local track star whose passion at the time was unstoppable.

Her big break came after high school when a renowned photographer asked her to do a photo shoot and the photos ended up in a high profile magazine. This became her signal to pursue modelling full time as she hoped to use her talent as a ticket to her aspirations travelling the world and becoming culturally sound. Her skills however, are not limited to the world of mod-

elling, as she is a fantastic and superior cook.

In the future, once she has achieved super model status (perhaps through winning the CNTM crown), Stewart intends to combine modelling, cooking and acting with the possibility of embarking upon her very own television show in the Caribbean, US or the UK.

For a deeper peek into the mind of this beautiful Caribbean CNTM candidate here are some points to note.

1. Why did you decide to enter CNTM and what do you expect to gain from the experience

A close friend made the suggestion and I went for it! She'd already been on a reality TV show and she always thought I would be just as entertaining. I decided to apply with the hopes of gaining the same amount of knowledge and exposure as she did with her realty TV debut.

I am known as the body go figure. But Ive learned to love and appreciate all my body parts!

3. Your dream job

My dream job is to combine a supermodel with being a great actress and awesome chef!

4. Your actor/entertainer crush

I have a crush on Kevin Hart for years, he is so funny not to mention talented.

5. The last movie, TV show or book that made you cry

The Notebook gets me every time!!

6. The first thing you notice about people

What I first notice about people is their body language and what the person projects.

7. Who is your modelling mentor and why

My modelling mentor is Bethann Hardison; she is a legendary model/agent/editor. I have so much to learn from her. Her past experience as a model in the 70s demonstrated such strength and apt. She is the most prolific former black female model I know. To gain that same amount of success as Ms Bethann would be a dream.

8. What is your guilty pleasure

My guilty pleasure is speed.

9. What is your most elusive goal

My most elusive goal is to persuade society not to travel the path of least resistance.

10. What is your pet peeve

My pet peeve is when people allow food I've cooked to get cold before they eat it.

11. What is your most memorable experience as a model

My most memorable experience as a model is being plucked from obscurity to win a regional model search when my focus at the time was to continue pursuing athletics. I was completely focused at the time on track & field as I had a natural ability at the sport. My focus changed in a split second and I knew this was what I was meant to do.

12. What is your signature style

My signature style is edgy.

13. Describe yourself in 3 words

Complex, fearless and underestimated.
