FOUR of the five men held following a break-in and theft of cellular phones in Princes Town last week were jailed yesterday.

Kevin Jagroo, Christopher Rapier, Anton Jacob, Clifton John and Brendon Hendricks were charged with shop-breaking and larceny. When they appeared before Princes Town magistrate Indira Misir-Gosine all, except Hendricks, pleaded guilty.

It was around 6.30 p.m. last week Thursday that the proprietor of Riztec Distributors Ltd in Princes Town secured the businessplace and left. She returned around 4.30 a.m. the following day and saw the front glass door smashed and the store ransacked.

A short time later, Constable Rampersad and other officers held the men, of San Juan, Morvant, El Socorro, Sea Lots and Tobago, along the Tarouba Link Road. All the items were recovered.
