This was how founder of Is There Not A Cause (ITNAC), Avonelle Hector-Joseph, yesterday described the budget proposal to establish centres for homeless women.

The Government also proposes to build more centres for homeless women. Imbert said the Government will partner with the HDC to provide these centres.
