Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley opened a $10.8 million walkover in Diego Martin yesterday, as he disclosed that more will be built along the Churchill-Roosevelt Highway. Rowley said citizens will burn less fuel as there will be a free flow of traffic from Port of Spain to Piarco and this will contribute to productivity and also the booming of businesses and residences in areas that are considered “too far”.
