Two men were arrested and a portion of the $10,000 stolen from TV talk show host Ian Alleyne, has been recovered by officers of the Central Division following a report of larceny servant.

Alleyne said that last Friday he secured the money in his vehicle in the parking lot of Crime Watch studios at Endeavour Road, Chaguanas. He said when he returned to the vehicle a few hours later, he made a check and discovered the money was missing.

Two male employees of the businessman, a 36-year-old of Curepe, and a 27-year-old of San Fernando, were arrested by officers of the Chaguanas Criminal Investigations Department in connection with the report of larceny.

Police say $2,500 was recovered at the San Fernando home.

The suspects have been charged and will appear in the Chaguanas Magistrates' Court today.
