While defending PowerGen Secondary Schools Cricket League Premier Division champions Hillview College continued their winning run this season with a 181-run victory over Presentation College Chaguanas at UWI SPEC in St Augustine, records were being set in Port of Spain as St Mary’s College remained unbeaten in the North Championship Division with an emphatic 552-run victory against Barataria South Secondary, which was underscored by double hundreds from Leon Basanoo and Nick Ramlal.

Basanoo, who scored a century against Tunapuna Secondary last week, slammed 235 against Barataria yesterday while Ramlal hit 221 not out as the Saints posted 595 for two off their 50 overs.
