The hungry “Tigers” from St Anthony’s College moved within touching distance of the lead in the Premier Division yesterday. Their 5-1 mauling of Trinity College Moka moved them to within a point of Naparima College after Pleasantville Secondary came from two goals down to draw 2-2 with the defending champions in the latest round of Secondary Schools Football League action yesterday.

The goals continued to come thick and fast across the country and at the Yolande Pompey ground in Siparia, visitors “Naps” must have thought their 2-0 half-time lead — via an own goal and a Jabari Lee item — would have laid a platform for a fifth win this season. But the Pleasantville boys had other ideas, Dillon Yearwood from the penalty spot in the 66th minute and Miguel Cedeno in the 77th transforming the game.
